Job Purpose:
The Inside Sales Coordinator is responsible for building and nurturing relationships with new and existing customers by delivering tailored logistics solutions. This role demands a proactive sales approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to promptly address and manage customer requests.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Identify and qualify potential customers through research, outreach, and networking. Assist the Sales Director by responding to inquiries, preparing quotes, proposals and presentations. Follow up on leads, quotes and customer inquiries to ensure timely responses. Manage and maintain customer accounts in CRM system ensuring data accuracy. Manage and maintain all customer quotes in SharePoint. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships. Ability to understand customer requirements to propose tailored logistics solutions. Assist in analyzing sales data and generating reports to track performance metrics. Monitor customer accounts for additional service opportunities or upselling potential. Track and document all sales activity in CRM systems. Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to position the company effectively. Other customer support, business generation duties as assigned. Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Experience with lead generation and research opportunities. Knowledge and experience in freight management, transportation coordination, and logistics operations, with a focus on efficient delivery and workflow optimization. Strong negotiation, communication and problem-solving skills that focus on customer excellence. Demonstrates the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and respond promptly to customer needs in a fast-paced environment. Proven results on meeting and exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational, task, and time management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Possess a strong sense of initiative and competitive spirit. Able to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the ability to meet deadlines. Flexible team player.

Physical Requirements:
Light work: Exerting up to 25 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for Sedentary Work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for Light Work.
Standing :
Remaining upright on the feet, particularly for sustained periods of time.
