Inside Sales Representative Custom Equipment 2700 Hwy 41, Charleston, SC 29492 Job Overview Our Inside Sales Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth through proactive sales efforts and lead generation. This position involves engaging with potential customers on behalf of outside Sales Reps, creating lines of communication between new customers and local Sales Reps and lots and lots of cold calling and cold emailing. This position will be two-pronged in that it will be generating leads for other sales reps, while also working up and processing sales that come through our online shop. Duties

• Conduct cold calls to prospective clients to introduce Outside Sales Reps in their area
• Utilize telemarketing techniques to generate leads and schedule appointments
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement best practices
• Utilize Method CRM software to track customer interactions and progress
• Processing all Inside Sales
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the inside sales process Requirements
• Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with clients
• Experience in technology sales, technical sales, or software sales is preferred
• Strong skills in cold calling and telemarketing techniques
• Ability to understand market trends and tailor sales approaches accordingly Benefits and Future This job can be part-time (24 hours per week) or Full-Time (40 hours per week) and it can be hourly or salary (if full-time).
