Compensation:

Full-time work, paid training, and 100% uncapped commission Paid training – no cold calls required! Pre-qualified leads and pre-set appointments provided. Generate your own leads for higher, uncapped commissions. Higher commissions after hitting $800K in sales with additionalopportunities through our follow-up program. Paid upon sale – earn money when you close the deal!

Key Responsibilities:

Build strong customer relationships from the initial appointmentthrough post-installation, offering exceptional service and productknowledge. Accurately measure and assess tubs, shower bases, and walls usingBath Fitter’s tools and techniques. Prepare detailed estimates and meet/exceed sales objectives. Own pre-qualified leads and appointments, and generate your ownleads for higher commissions. Maintain sales materials and ensure displays are clean andstocked. Adhere to safety and company policies, attending regular meetingsand training.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience providing in-home consultative presentations andoffering tailored solutions. Proven success with One Call Close. 3-5 years of in-home or consultative sales experiencepreferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to take accurate measurements and perform basic math. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
