Your Role Client Growth & Outreach:

Proactively identify and connect with businesses that can benefit from The Office People’s technology stack. Manage a high volume of outbound calls, emails, and touch points daily to generate interest, qualify leads, and drive engagement. Build a robust client portfolio by creating value-driven partnerships.

Consultative Selling:

Take a solutions-based approach to sales. Understand each client’s challenges and deliver tailored technology solutions that enhance their productivity, efficiency, and workplace experience.

Relationship Management:

Serve as a trusted advisor, not just a vendor. Develop long-term relationships by providing ongoing support and positioning clients for success.

Market Awareness:

Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and client needs. Help position The Office People as a thought leader and trusted technology partner in a changing digital landscape.

Team Collaboration:

Responsibilities Include:
  • A full understanding of all client goals, pain points, key issues, opportunities, competitive landscape, industry trends.
  • Attain assigned sales targets.
  • Providing account management services within a geographical territory
  • Strong work ethic and a passion for technology, people and processes.

  • Collaborates closely with team members in sales as well as all departments.
  • Coordinate and utilize team as well as manufacturer regional support.

  • Self-motivated, confident, and independent thinker.
Hiring Criteria:
  • 3-5+ years of agency account management experience
  • Documented record of sales achievements – preferably in an outside/inside sales environment or equivalent
  • Superior knowledge of sales techniques including cold-calling, networking, lead generation, and ability to capture and close the deal
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and communication skills to facilitate a professional, team-oriented environment
  • Ability to establish and maintain long-term customer partnerships
