+ 2-3 years of retail or outside sales experience (e.g., door-to-door, solar, kiosk, brand ambassador) + A proven track record of sales, excellent customer service, and personal accountability + Strong communication and presentation skills + Availability to work evenings and weekends + Personal vehicle and ability to travel to store locations during operational hours
