Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Pressure Washing Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and CRM experience. You will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and support current customer relationships. Find potential clients through door-to-door canvassing, leaving flyers, online marketing, and networking with other businesses. Make initial contact through cold calls, emails, and in-person meetings to introduce pressure washing services. Estimate and sell services by assessing the size and scope of the jobs to determine the appropriate service and price (Commercial). Evaluate costs based on square footage and present quotes, clearly explaining services offered (Residential). Establish a customer relationship process for follow-up, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing any questions or concerns, and building rapport for repeat business and referrals. Build out a client database in CRM, maintaining detailed and accurate customer records for quote follow-up and retention. Track sales data, organize, and maintain proper documents in database. Effectively communicate with potential and current clients while working closely with the CEO.

  • Attend events and manage booths at different events to promote pressure washing services.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Self-Motivated with results driven approach
  • Ability to work independently, managing your own schedule
  • Experience in Sales, 2+ years preferred
  • Knowledge of Pressure Washing equipment techniques and services preferred
