Summary:
The Sales Representative focus on Business 2 Business sales, focusing on selling mattresses and mattress components to other businesses. The Sales Representative will build working relationships and understand their needs to drive sales and revenue. The primary objective is to drive sales growth by managing and expanding the client base. Job Description Role and Responsibilities Actively seek potential business clients in need of mattresses and/or mattress components. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the businesses. Specify the needs and requirements of each business, including size, budget and product preferences. Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals Present mattress and/or mattress component options and solutions that best meet the business needs. Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers to meet their needs. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction – – Strong negotiation and presentation skills Monitor and evaluate sales performance Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources Competencies Safe working habits, technical capacity, results driven, thoroughness, attention to details, collaboration skills, communication proficiency and flexibility.
