Position Summary:
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in growing the business by building strong client relationships, responding to inbound inquiries, and proactively reaching out to new and existing customers. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys delivering outstanding service.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate sales by responding to customer inquiries and proactively following up on leads Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services Prepare quotes, process orders, and ensure timely and accurate delivery Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication Collaborate with outside sales and customer service teams to maximize account potential Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
Qualifications:
2+ years of inside sales, account management, or related customer-facing experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus A team-oriented mindset with a strong desire to grow and learn High level of professionalism, reliability, and attention to detail What’s in It for
