WHAT DOES THE BUSINESS CONSULTANT DO

Execute a strategic, consultative sales philosophy and process(including lead development, target markets, industry verticals andpipeline progression) for the Coastal areas of South Carolina andNorth Carolina. Position Landrum as a trusted partner, moving prospectrelationships through the sales process and up the service valuecontinuum. Work in tandem with Director of Sales to create target lists,to identify specific industry verticals, and to collaborate onprospect meetings. Utilize CRM to track prospect information, progressopportunities through the sales process and produce managementreports that accurately convey weekly activity and sallesresults. Participate in weekly WFM sales pipeline discussions and everyother week leadership calls around pipeline development andprospects closest to close. Build an effective professional network online and in person byparticipating in local organization and events that foster WFMopportunities. Endeavor to grow personally and professionally by participatingin industry and sales related seminars, workshops, andconferences. Build relationships with internal WFM, Workforce Solutions andcorporate teams, especially Marketing, Legal & Finance

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

A minimum of 2 to 3 years experience in large or complexaccount selling with a history of achievement. Minimum of 3 years successful sales experience in workforcesolutions, outsourcing/insourcing or industrial or logisticsservices Familiarity with Lean concepts/principles Kaizen, 5 S andStandard Work Valid drivers license and your own reliable vehiclerequired Available to work beyond regular business hours whennecessary. Availability for potential travel commitments. Must be located in the greater Greenville, SC area This role does report to an office.
