We are a well-established, industry-leading Southeastern company specializing in luxury residential and cutting-edge commercial swimming pool construction. With decades of success behind us, we are now seeking a seasoned Sales Executive to drive our continued growth in the Southeast US.
Position Summary:
We are looking for a high-performing, motivated, and experienced Sales Professional to manage and expand sales in both residential and commercial markets. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented self-starter who can communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, and who thrives with minimal supervision. You’ll be responsible for managing high-end customer relationships, interfacing with internal design and engineering teams, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage relationships with luxury residential and commercial clients
- Serve as liaison between customers, suppliers, and regulatory agencies
- Manage and support internal sales team and project coordination
- Conduct on-site client meetings and site evaluations as needed
- Utilize CAD and 3D design software (e.g., Structure Studios) to assist with proposals and presentations
- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and ensure performance goals are met
- Travel regionally up to 25% for client meetings and project oversight
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales experience (luxury or construction industry preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Highly detail-oriented and computer-savvy (CAD experience is a plus)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to relocate
