What your future day will look like:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.??????
Collaborate closely with technical team to successfully complete customer lab projects necessary to advance customer opportunities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and customer base.

To be a champion in this role, you will need:
10 years + of sales experience in the chemical industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business, or a relevant degree.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams.
Willingness to travel as needed.
