-You connect clients withtelecommunications products that meet their complex and evolvingneeds. After completing our award-winning training, you attain orexceed your monthly quota by providing dedicated account managementand working a plan of email campaigns, cold calling, discoverycalls, appointment setting and client presentations. – -How you canmake a difference: – Complete our 12-week paid sales training that won a BrandonHall Group gold award for excellence in Best Advance in SalesEnablement and Performance Tools. Consult with established and prospective clients to developproduct solutions. Deliver product proposals and presentations to decision-makersand close deals. Field-based sales roles have fluidity between home, clientlocation and office locations. The expectation is that you areprimarily out in front of clients. Identify target markets, industries and contacts for a productportfolio and qualify leads by submitting an ROI analysis. Request a site survey to determine serviceability. Encourage client retention through coordinated efforts withmultiple internal teams.

WHAT YOU BRING TO SPECTRUM BUSINESS

– -Required qualifications:

Experience:

Three or more years of sales experience as a provensales performer exceeding goals.

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of LAN, WAN, high capacity networksand fiber connected networks.

Skills:

Effective relationship building, negotiation, closingand English communication skills.

Abilities:

Quick learner, deadline-driven and the ability tomanage change and shifting priorities.

Availability:

Travel to and from assigned territories andcompany facilities. Valid driver’s license.

Preferredqualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Familiar with Salesforce or similar CRM. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. Experience selling telecommunications products.
