Our company is seeking an Outside Sales Representative who will beresponsible for growing the Company’s clientele within the MyrtleBeach, SC to Charleston, SC to Darlington, SC, and surroundingareas. The ideal candidate will work remotely and will be locatedwithin their sales territory. This position is essential to thesales team, responsible for identifying new business opportunities,managing existing accounts, and driving sales within the assignedterritory. This role requires a dynamic, results-driven individualwith in-depth knowledge of aluminum products and applications inthe patio and industrial sectors. Compensation (base / bonus)$80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year, plus car allowance.
Outside SalesRepresentative Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Identify and target new businessopportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the customerbase.
Client Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain strongrelationships with existing clients. Provide exceptional support toensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver persuasive salespresentations to potential and existing clients, showcasing thebenefits and features of aluminum products for patio and industrialapplications.
Market Analysis:
Monitor industry trends, competitoractivities, and market demands. Provide insights and feedback tomanagement to help shape product offerings and salesstrategies.
Sales Reporting:
Maintain detailed records of sales activities,client interactions, and transactions using CRM software. Prepareregular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Product Knowledge:
Stay informed about the company’s aluminumproduct range and industry advancements. Educate clients on productspecifications, benefits, and applications.
Negotiation and Closing:
Negotiate pricing, terms, andcontracts with clients. Close sales deals to meet or exceed salestargets.
Travel:
Travel within the assigned territory to meet withclients, attend trade shows, and participate in industryevents. Performs other job-related duties and responsibilities as maybe assigned from time to time.
Outside Sales RepresentativeRequirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred. Position requires daily travel within designated territory withovernight stays as required. 2 years of construction / building materials salesexperience. Industrial metal knowledge a plus, but not required. Be familiar with the use of Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Have ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions.
