Position Overview:

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and a key part of their service experience. You’ll communicate directly with clients, explain recommended services, and work closely with our technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately.

What You’ll Do:

Welcome clients and create a positive first impression in person and over the phone Listen to client concerns and document vehicle symptoms clearly Write repair orders and communicate technician findings to clients Build trust by explaining services and helping clients make informed decisions Generate accurate estimates and clearly explain pricing and timelines Proactively recommend maintenance services based on manufacturer schedules and vehicle history Keep clients updated throughout the repair process Handle concerns with professionalism and ensure satisfaction after service Help manage shop flow and scheduling to support efficient operations

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in an auto service advisor role Strong understanding of common vehicle systems and repair terminology Excellent communication and sales skills with a client-first mindset Comfortable using shop management software and digital platforms Dependable and organized Valid driver’s license is required
