HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Starting Hours – 11am-8pm, Monday – Friday
- Work with Replacement Sales Accounts from point of order entry, product substitutions, timely shipments and a high fill rate
- Work with logistics, traffic, warehousing, credit, field sales, operations, sales, billing, systems, and marketing to ensure a high degree of customer satisfaction
- Maintain various EDI related programs to ensure accurate electronic order entry and invoicing
- Manage the inbound and outbound call activity of dealers, associate dealers, and retail accountsSG 8Qualifications
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE
Bachelor’s DegreeStrong analytical, problem solving and time management skillsIntermediate experience with MS Office, including Excel and PowerPointAt times, some overtime and overnight travel is requiredLegal Authorization to work in the US is required.
