Allegiance Staffing in Greer, SC is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Sales Support Specialist for a growing company in Gray Court, SC. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact between our sales team, customers, and internal departments, ensuring seamless order processing, timely communication, and effective resolution of customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced technical or manufacturing environment and contribute to the success of our sales operations.

M-F Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team Manage customer orders, inquiries, and documentation through ERP systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams including logistics, finance, and production Maintain accurate customer records and order status updates Assist with EDI transactions and ensure order accuracy Communicate effectively with customers to address questions and resolve issues Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a technical field At least 5 years of customer care or sales support experience in a manufacturing or technical environment Experience working with ERP systems Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Clear and professional communication skills, both verbal and written EDI experience is a plus Strong analytical and decision-making skills Excellent organizational and active listening skills Ability to remain professional and composed under pressure Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish preferred (written and spoken) #SC
