Bilingual Sales Representative Norsan Media Columbia, SC Join our team as a dynamic Bilingual Sales Consultant specializing in Spanish Media Sales. We provide effective Hispanic marketing solutions in radio, TV, digital, social media, events, print, promotions, and retail activations. Drive advertising sales in both English and Spanish-speaking markets, helping businesses reach their target audiences through radio advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate leads to identify potential clients. Conduct needs assessments to understand clients’ advertising objectives. Develop customized advertising proposals aligned with clients’ goals. Negotiate advertising contracts for mutually beneficial deals. Collaborate with internal teams for campaign execution. Monitor campaign performance and provide insights for optimization. Cultivate long-term client relationships and provide ongoing support. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills. Proven sales success, preferably in advertising or related fields. Strong prospecting and networking abilities. Ability to understand client objectives and develop tailored solutions. Exceptional negotiation and closing skills. Detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
