Key Responsibilities Prospect and qualify leads through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals Conduct introductory calls and discovery sessions to understand employer pain points Assist in preparing client proposals, presentations, and pitch materials Collaborate with senior producers to support client acquisition strategies Stay current on industry trends such as
ICHRA, PBM
models, and self-funding Maintain and update CRM records, pipeline activity, and follow-up tasks Represent WellSpring at networking events, webinars, and partner meetings Contribute to team brainstorming sessions for campaigns and growth ideas Support implementation of new client onboarding activities and quarterly planning sessions
What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, communications, or related field Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable speaking with business owners, HR leaders, and broker partners Self-starter with a positive attitude, curiosity, and eagerness to learn Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment Honesty Work Ethic Character Sense Of Humor (Mandatory) Coachability & a desire to learn Preferred (Not Required): Internship or prior experience in sales, payroll, communications, investments, insurance, HR tech, or professional services Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) Active health insurance license or willingness to obtain within first 90 days
