We are a local company that has many growth opportunities as we open new branches every year. EXPECTATIONS

Serve potential customers through leads. Generate leads through referrals. Drive growth through cold calling via different avenues (residential homes, commercial properties, etc.) Accurately create detailed property diagrams in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy. Accurately create proposals that meet customer expectations and are in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy. Customer communication after service is performed to ensure satisfaction. Pass all state and company licensing requirements. Keep issued vehicles and equipment in a clean, working order. Attend company training to grow further in sales techniques, service protocols, product knowledge, and customer service.

Requirements:

Outside sales experience (1 year preferred) Pest control experience preferred, but not required. Positive attitude Strong personal work ethic Integrity Strong customer service skills Ability to pass drug tests.
