We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Shift Lead and Backup Route Sales Driver to join our team. This dual-role position combines leadership responsibilities in overseeing daily shift operations with the flexibility to support route sales as needed. Key Responsibilities:

Shift Lead Duties:

Supervise and coordinate daily activities of warehouse or distribution team members during assigned shifts, ensuring efficient and accurate operations. Monitor workflow, delegate tasks, and provide guidance to team members to meet productivity and quality standards. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and operational procedures. Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to improve performance. Resolve minor operational issues and escalate complex challenges to management as needed. Maintain accurate shift reports, including inventory counts, production metrics, and employee performance logs.

Backup Route Sales Driver Duties:

Step in as needed to cover delivery routes, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and promoting additional products or services. Handle transactions, process orders, and ensure accurate invoicing during route coverage. Maintain company vehicles, ensuring they are clean, fueled, and in good working condition. Provide feedback on customer interactions and market trends to support sales strategies.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field is a plus. 1-2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in warehouse, distribution, or sales environments. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required; experience with commercial vehicles is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to lead teams and engage with customers. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of inventory management systems and sales processes. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks associated with loading/unloading products. Comfortable standing, walking, and driving for extended periods. Opportunities for
