Sales & Service Representative (Pee Dee Region, SC) We are seeking a full-time Sales & Service Representative to join our growing team in the Pee Dee region of South Carolina, covering the territory from Florence to Myrtle Beach. This role involves a mix of sales, service, and support duties focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and fostering strong relationships with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

Call on assigned accounts regularly to build and maintain strong client relationships Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-service training for healthcare professionals Deliver, set up, and provide patient fittings for medical equipment Assess insurance eligibility and benefits to ensure product coverage Monitor and manage product inventory and maintain accurate documentation Serve as the primary liaison between Ortho Motion and healthcare facilities in your territory

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills Experience in medical equipment sales, especially durable medical equipment (DME), is preferred Ability to manage inventory and maintain detailed records Excellent verbal and written communication, as well as strong problem-solving abilities Familiarity with orthopedic products and patient care solutions is a plus Self-motivated, able to work independently, and willing to travel throughout the assigned region High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or technical training is a plus

$30,000.00 – $40,000.00 per year
