Outside Manufacturing Sales Representative 2.0 2.0 out of 5 stars 145 Mid Carolina Ct, Prosperity, SC 29127 MM Technics LP is German based, tier one supplier to the automotive OEM’s in South Carolina. The Prosperity plant joins a corporate family that has manufacturing operations in Germany and Poland. MM Technics is looking to hire a qualified candidate for our Outside Sales position.
Position Snapshot:
Responsible for maintaining current and generating new customers to develop profitable relationships. Candidate must be a self-starter and maintain the professional image of the company.
Responsibilities:
Visit established and prospective customers to gain new sales. Confidently build trust and rapport with existing and prospective customers Demonstrate overall product knowledge and technical selling skills with empahsis on key product or service features and benefits. Create and perform effective presentations to inform, educate and gain interest in products Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, cold calls, emails and networking; monitor the industry for trends. Recommend changes in products and services by evaluation results and competitive developments. Provide activity and results reports and weekly work plans Communicate daily with collegues from International Corporate Office Support all functions of plant operations. Other duties as assigned by management Perform all duties according to safety guidelines. Willingness to learn and cross train in other depts.
Requirements:
Minimum two (2) years Manufacturing Sales experience with successful track record, Minimum two (2) yeas Customer Service experience, preferred AS or BS degree in related field, preferred Possess strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, required Required travel 30-40% Ability to work in a team based lean manufacturing environment Ability to comply with all facility safety rules
WORKING CONDITIONS/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
This position will require candidate to travel throughout the US as well as some International Travel.
