Branch Manager Job Summary:
The Showroom Consultant is responsible for developing, fostering and maintaining Customer relationships to generate sales opportunities, and to provide excellent Customer Service.
Showroom Sales Consultant Responsibilities:
Assist Customers with Showroom product display and information. Meet sales targets for individual sales performance. Facilitate product selection for walk-in Customers as well as scheduled appointments. Process accurate paperwork to ensure consistent recordkeeping of Customer selections. Respond to Customer inquiries with professionalism and product knowledge. Facilitate incoming sales calls. Create and maintain Customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Continuously study and learn product information to successfully make Customer recommendations. Responsible for understanding and contributing to the client’s room design using blueprints. Ability to close the sale.
Requirements:
Showroom Sales Consultant Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent Undergraduate Degree (preferred) Previous sales experience Knowledge of appliance, lighting or plumbing industry (preferred) Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to obtain results and comfortable with team-spirited competition. Provides exceptional Customer Service through enthusiasm for the Company and products offered. Ability to maintain regular and consistent attendance. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Strong written and verbal skills, detail oriented and proficient in basic computer skills.
Physical Requirements and Preferred Experience:
Must be able to communicate with Customers and Builders. Must be able to use a standard computer. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time.
