In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales department by ensuring smooth communication and coordination between various teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This position is essential for driving sales success and enhancing customer satisfaction. Responsibilities to

Include:
  • General clerical duties such as: answering phones, utilizing catering software, assist in proposal entries, revisions and updates. Take notes in client meetings/calls, and maintain an up-to-date Outlook calendar
  • Enter in all information into the company software, providing as much detail as possible from notes provided by Sales Coordinator and/or Sales Manager on notes you have taken from meetings
  • Follow up with clients as needed for each event and ensure each event has the necessary information included in the event folder: proposal, worksheet, rental ticket, Green’s order, layout, timeline, etc.
  • Follow up on emails and/or phone calls regarding initial proposals
  • Send alcohol order requests to Assistant Bar Manager
  • Oversee small catered events as necessary
  • Confirm appointments and tours with clients
  • Request rental tickets for proposals, input pricing and confirm with rental company once events are confirmed
  • Schedule and conduct tastings with Sales Coordinator and/or Sales Manager
  • Attend weekly and monthly company meetings
  • Attend and manage events as they occur
  • Draft layouts and create timelines
  • Assist in event setups and check-on events as needed
