Columbia, SC 29204 We’re a fast-growing financial advisory team looking for a Business Development Coordinator to help lead our 12+ advisor team and support our expanding infrastructure. This role is ideal for someone with strong time management skills, a background in financial services or leadership, and a desire to grow within a mission-driven company.
Responsibilities:
Support leadership in managing team operations and performance Help train and onboard new advisors Assist in marketing and business development efforts Develop and implement internal systems to improve advisor/client experience Serve as a go-to resource for communication, planning, and accountability
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in financial services, sales, training, or military Required licenses: Series 7 & 66 or Series 6, 63, & 65 Organized, adaptable, and driven to lead Strong communication and time management skills Passion for helping others succeed in a fast-paced environment
