Daily Duties:

Customer Relations :

Cultivate lasting customer relationships and foster brand loyalty by delivering enthusiastic and excellent service. Your positive attitude and helpfulness will make our customers eager to return.

Customer Interaction :

Your friendly smile sets the tone for an extraordinary experience! Greet customers with a warm and professional demeanor, engaging them in friendly conversation.

Relay Information :

Be knowledgeable and able to advise customers on our promotions, Unlimited Storm Club™ memberships, and products. Show our customers the ultimate service experience and help cultivate lifelong fans.

Membership Sales :

Promote and assist customers with signing up on the Hurricane Express Wash mobile app as an Unlimited Storm Club™ member.

Accept and Process Orders:

Operate the POS register and resolve checkout issues.

Responsibilities :

Display willingness or enthusiasm to be active outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions for the duration of work shifts. Display a fresh and professional appearance. Develop a basic understanding of XPT operations, functions, and troubleshooting procedures. Be ready to work in accordance with all HRA Management rules, policies, and protocols. Travel amongst the district to support as needed.

Requirements :

Age :

Minimum age of 18 years old

Customer Service Skills :

Excellent customer service and communication skills are required to interact positively with customers and potential members.

Prior Experience :

While previous experience in sales is preferred, we are willing to provide training for candidates with a strong willingness to learn.

Positive Character Traits :

Your approachable and outgoing nature ensures customers leave feeling like they’ve just made a friend.

Physical Endurance :

This role requires physical stamina, as you’ll be standing outdoors for up to eight hours at a time.

Transportation :

Have access to reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Reliability :

Punctuality and a dependable work ethic are crucial to maintaining the efficiency of our car wash operations.

Flexibility :

Ability to work eight-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed, to accommodate our customers’ busy schedules.

Compensation :

Starting pay: $15/hour Potential bi-weekly bonus
