Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Experienced in handling phone-based conversations Demonstrated success in consistently achieving or surpassing sales goals Excellent organizational abilities and strong time management Fast learner capable of quickly mastering and utilizing scripts Collaborative team player with a cooperative approach Possession of a real estate license is advantageous Responsibilities Participate in PLACE New Agent Launch to internalize PLACE lead generation and prospecting scripts Cultivate and convert inbound sales inquiries to appointments Cultivate and convert outbound sales opportunities to appointments Qualify leads to convey motivation and financial aspects to real estate sales agents Manage database and productivity reports Commit to skill development through education and script practice Become a real estate local expert Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology Qualifications You are excellent at rapport building and are energized by working with people. You are passionate about selling and converting. You are organized and can handle multiple leads and consistent follow-up methods. You are passionate about teamwork and team oriented goals.
