Job Summary:
The Lowe’s Sales and Service Representative is a mobile, fast-paced role designed to support Millwork and Pro Services departments within Lowe’s stores and promote the sale of Woodgrain products. This position evolves with the needs of our Lowe’s partnerships and requires a creative, self-motivated, and outgoing personality to thrive.
Daily Responsibilities:
Start the day at home by clocking in and tracking mileage using company-provided apps on a Woodgrain-issued cell phone. Review messages and emails before heading out to visit assigned Lowe’s store locations. Travel to 1-2 store locations per day, using navigation provided in the app. At each store, perform service tasks via the app, which includes: Taking in-aisle photos Cleaning and organizing product displays Removing damaged or defective merchandise Making updates to kiosks and promotional signage Engaging with Millwork and Pro Services specialists, department supervisors, and managers Educating store staff on Woodgrain processes, products, and promotions Finalize and close out tasks in the app before heading to the next location. End the day by returning calls and emails, commuting home, and clocking out via the app.
Additional Details:
This is a field-based position with travel required daily; 1-3 overnight stays per week may be needed depending on your proximity to the assigned market. Lodging is covered by Woodgrain. Route efficiency is supported by your manager to minimize travel and overnight stays whenever possible.
