Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, canvassing and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers
• Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products

Qualifications:

• Roofing Sales Experience (2+ years)

REQUIRED.

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in a technical sales or business development role
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Jobnimbus or other CRM software is a plus
• Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required
• Strong market knowledge and understanding of industry trends
