Summaryof Position Requirements Provides support to Director of Sales, NewHome Consultants, and overall sales operations. YourResponsibilities on the Team Enter all MLS active listings for theDivision with coordination/direction from New Home Consultant andArea Sales Manager. When appropriate, change status of MLS Listingsto Pending/Closed. Review contracts for compliance/accuracy andassist sales team with proper preparation of documents. Ensurecontracts are entered into appropriate reporting and accountingsystems Ensure daily, weekly and monthly sales activities are keptup to date and reported on time (e.g., sales, cancellations, lenderchanges). Provide timely information to Lennar Mortgage, closingteam, construction and sales teams Coordinate the creation ofcommunity disclosures and ensure new communities are setup insalesforce. Other activities as assigned related to sales contractprocessing. Requirements Minimum High School or GED required Strongdetail orientation with excellent computer and organizationalskills Minimum 2 years’ experience in administrative role,Homebuilding or construction industry preferred Bachelor’s Degreepreferred, accounting background a plus Microsoft Office withaccounting system experience, JD Edwards preferred Analyticalability Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability towork with confidential information C ontacts Regular interactionwith division office associates, outside closing attorneys, and NewHome Consultants. Physical Requirements Some office work which mayrequire the ability to occasionally bend, stoop, reach, lift, moveand carry office materials and supplies weighing 25 pounds or less.

Finger dexterity is required to operate a computer keyboard andcalculator. This information is intended to be a general overviewand may be modified by the company due to factors affecting thebusiness.

General Overview of Compensation & Benefits:

Wereasonably expect the base compensation offered for this positionto range from an hourly rate of $19.61 – $36, subject to adjustmentbased on business-related factors such as employee qualifications,geographic pay differentials (e.g., cost of labor/living, etc.),and operational considerations. This position may be eligible forbonuses. This position may be eligible for commissions. Thisposition will be eligible for the described benefits listed in theabove section in accordance with Company Policy.
