Our sales Operations team is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Contract Coordinator with a legal or paralegal background to help us manage contracts, navigate legal aspects of sales, and support our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities Sales Contract Management:

Review sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Manage the contract approval process, liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Maintain a comprehensive contract database for easy access and retrieval.

Legal Support:

Conduct legal research relevant to sales contracts and agreements. Assist in submitting government bids and ensuring adherence to bid specifications. Identify and mitigate potential legal risks associated with sales contracts.

Sales Operations:

Monitoring Sales leads to the appropriate team members. Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries received via email and website forms. Manage customer accounts and information within Salesforce CRM software. Collaborate with financing partners to facilitate the customer application process. Troubleshoot issues within the Sales Team and ensure adherence to company policies. Assist in maintaining the Sales Team SharePoint site and other assigned tasks.

Strong background with computers through previous work experience or education. Strong legal or paralegal background (preferred). Understanding of legal principles relevant to sales transactions (preferred). Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software and NetSuite or similar ERP. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
