Role:

As a Consumer Direct Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for directly engaging with potential residential customers at their homes to sell products and services. This role involves building rapport with individuals, understanding their needs, and effectivelymunicating the value and benefits of the products being offered. You will often work independently, managing your schedule and territories to maximize sales opportunities.

What You’ll Do:

You will be responsible for selling Kinetic internet products and services to potential customers within your designated territory near your location. Our user-friendly technology eliminates internal channel conflicts, thereby maximizing your sales potential.
You will utilize apany-owned vehicle to visit prospects, process orders, ensure service activation, set up accurate billing, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction, which will help build a strong referral network. Meeting sales targets for products and services is expected, and you have the option to attend Kinetic special events to expand your network and enhance your sales opportunities.
You will participate in an intensive 5-week Sales Residency program that will equip you with all the essential training and knowledge needed for success in this role. Upon successfullypleting the program, you will receive apany-owned vehicle. Various programs from Learning & Development to Management are available to support your career growth.

Do You Have:

Sales experience
Excellent customer service and organizational skills
Valid driver’s license and a good driving records
A reliable and insured personal vehicle is needed to drive to and from assigned territories until you receive yourpany-owned vehicle
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with others.
Familiarity with mobile devices such as iPads and iPhones?
Self-motivation and a desire for success.
The ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and cover terrains ranging from paved, gravel, dirt, and hilly roads.
Employees who work virtually are required to maintain a distraction-free workspace and ensure they have a high-speed internet connection of at least 25 Mbps
Bi-lingual, English & Spanish, a plus.
Ability to Earn $70•$99K annually (and greater) •Base + Commission
