Full Time Job Summary:

The Sales Representative will use their determination and drive to capitalize on sales opportunities, exceed leadership expectations and successfully reach sales goals.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
None Duties/Responsibilities:

Responsible for all sales activities in assigned geographic territory. Responsible for growth and strengthening retailer relations. Presenting authorized decision makers with factual sales data and periodic business reviews. Maintaining account rapport, case sales replenishment and growth, quality assurance of products, and follow-up communication. Responsible for effective planning and execution of sales promotions. Accountable for customer satisfaction. Responsible for compliance with the company’s Product Freshness Rotation Policy. Responsible for partnering and communication with dedicated Service Representative to ensure excellent customer service. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills and maintaining quality standards of products by rotation. Ability to solve practical problems. Ability to work in a friendly manner as part of a team and to develop effective working relationships with colleagues and customers. Ability to accurately add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure. Ability to be punctual in meeting route scheduling and pay attention to detail. Education/Experience:

Minimum 1-3 years sales experience in beverage distribution or related sales experience.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Administrative and sitting 40% Walking, standing, bending, lifting, and twisting 60%
