A highly visible and impactful leader accelerating the sales and customer growth, you will lead, coach and motivate sales professionals to drive new business, tap into growing market segments, deepen customer relationships and strengthen partnerships with key influencers. Having played a meaningful role in developing and executing our growth strategy, we see this individual as having significant upside for future leadership roles in the Intelligent Operating Solutions segment and across Fortive.

- ~7 direct reports with a 50+ person global sales organization across enterprise, commercial, account management, solutions consulting, and business development.

- Open to remote anywhere in the U.S. with travel to varying work locations. (ServiceChannel operates a remote first environment, team gatherings will happen at various locations throughout the U.S.)
- What You Will Do
- As Chief Sales Officer, you will drive ServiceChannel’s commercial performance and provide inspired leadership of a growing sales organization.
You will recruit, lead, coach, and motivate the team to drive sustained and new growth, taking the business to new heights as it continues is expansion through the US and into international markets. Strategic Sales Leadership + Spearhead the overall sales strategy for a $100M Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) business, contributing to a total revenue of $178M. + Collaborate with the executive leadership team to define and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies, identifying and targeting key accounts and market opportunities. + Lead, inspire, and manage a high-performing team of 40+ professionals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and growth initiatives. Driving Net-New Revenue + Cultivate and maintain strong, strategic relationships with large enterprise clients, ensuring long-term partnership success and business expansion. + Innovate and implement sales strategies to capture significant market share across both existing and emerging segments. Growth Mindset / Market Expansion + Lead efforts to expand a market-leading enterprise solution into mid-market and high-SMB (Small-Medium Business) segments. + Champion the expansion of business operations within the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region, driving substantial revenue growth. Talent and Organizational Development + Lead and develop a diverse team of 40 sales professionals, including sales operations, fostering a high-performance culture. + Mentor and coach emerging leaders within the sales organization, cultivating talent for future leadership roles. Sales Process Management and Alignment (FBS Alignment) + Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes, implementing efficiencies that enhance overall sales effectiveness. + Set, track, and measure KPIs to drive accountability, performance, and success across the sales organization.

- You are an experienced sales leader who has a proven track record leading large enterprise teams at high growth B2B technology companies.
You are passionate about the sales process, inspiring a team to exceptional results, and identifying solutions that solve customers’ most critical problems that allow us to achieve our goals to transform the facilities management space. + 15+ years of progressive experience with a minimum of 5 years spent leading enterprise sales team + 2nd line leadership experience with a track record of driving accountability through sales leaders + Strong track record of scaling revenue, headcount and profitability in a B2B enterprise SaaS environment + Ability to attract, retain, engage, upskill, coach, develop and mentor existing and new employees with a strong focus on Inclusion & Diversity + Provide an environment that fosters accountability among the team – monitor performance, measure results, and constantly improve + Skilled expert in account strategy, account planning, relationship strategy + Proven track record of developing and closing business and meeting sales objectives + Deep understanding of marketing and sales readiness activities + Transparent leader that spikes in humility.
