The Field Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding our brand presence and driving sales in designated territories. Key Responsibilities:
Sales Growth:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals within assigned territory.
Relationship Building:
Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key decision-makers to increase product visibility and sales.
Market Expansion:
Identify new business opportunities and lead efforts to expand Dimension 12’s footprint in both existing and new markets.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain deep knowledge of Dimension 12’s product offerings, benefits, and features to effectively communicate with customers.
Field Presence:
Regularly visit retailers, dispensaries, and other key partners to demonstrate products, provide training, and offer support.
Reporting:
Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to management.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to align sales efforts with brand campaigns and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the cannabis, vape, or wellness industry. Strong understanding of the cannabis market, particularly THC disposable vapes. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to travel frequently within assigned territory. Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools. Passion for the cannabis industry and commitment to Dimension 12’s values.
