We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Inside Sales Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone interested in learning, administering, and managing sales and inventory data across major retail accounts such as Sam’s Club, Costco, TJ Maxx, Nordstrom Rack, and other similar outlets. You will play a key role in supporting our sales operations, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to our continued success with high-volume retail partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and maintain spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel for tracking inventory, sales, and performing data analysis. Manage and organize documents using Google Docs , ensuring accuracy and ease of access. Prepare sales offers and product submissions formatted according to the requirements of each retail partner. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with internal communications. Generate weekly and monthly inventory and sales reports by brand. Coordinate with operations and accounting teams in house & overseas for invoice and accounting related items. Support internal sales & operations team with customer analysis, pricing support, accounting and inventory management. Provide administrative support including document filing, scanning, and data entry. Ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks in accordance with established procedures. Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and external contacts.

Requirements:

2-3 years of office administration or sales support experience (experience in retail or wholesale preferred). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, and basic data analysis). Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive). Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and work independently. Strong written and verbal communication skills. College degree preferred.
