Be a partof our dynamic client-focused team and make a difference in yourcareer! PCM is looking for a community focused sales professionalto join our Business Development team. In this role you willcontribute to the growth of Professional Case Management patientpopulation in our Knoxville and Oak Ridge TN region. You will workcollaboratively with local staff such as Regional Directors, NurseAdministrators and the Community Outreach Vice President. Thiscandidate must have healthcare sales experience, preferably inHomeHealth or something similar. This candidate must also live inthe Oak Ridge or Knoxville area! Essential Functions/Areas ofAccountability Create and maintain relationships through regular visits withpotential clients and assigned professional accounts. Follow up on referral leads by phone and in-home visits Coldcall via in person encounters with potential clients in theirhomes, deliver the PCM presentation and manage clientinquiries Champion a positive, professional image of PCM to createcustomer goodwill and foster referrals. Assist potential clients with navigating through the DOLqualification process via EEOICPA and facilitation through theResource Center and Advocates. Both individually and as part of a team, initiate, organize,schedule and participate in regular educational trainings,community visits, luncheons, town and union hall meetings, andmarketing events. Generate client referrals that result in staffed clients Participate and manage events in local markets as well astravel to other markets to assist with events. Travel is approximately 25% of time. Maintain, replenish and distribute printed collateral and othermarketing materials at primary referral source locations. Use phone contact lists and company database tools toproactively contact potential clients and initiate possible clientreferrals. Acting independently and collaboratively, answer clientcommunity inquiries regarding Company’s in-home nursing servicesavailable, as well as conduct outreach to senior groups andretirees Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, orcomparable relevant experience 2+ years of experience in healthcare sales or marketing. Experience in creating, organizing and managing communityevents and other events. Local and regional travel required. Knowledge of medical terminology and/or general medicalbackground helpful. Proficient in Microsoft Office products and CRM tools,preferably SalesForce. Willing to work flexible hours. Compassionate and mission driven, able to empathize withpotential clients with severe health needs, yet effectively convertthem into referrals. Licensed driver with clean driving record and insured inaccordance with state and/or Agency requirements. The typical basepay range for this role is USD $63,800 – $90,900 peryear.

Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition toprimary work location, complexity and responsibility of role, jobduties/requirements, and relevant experience, skills and othermarket-based factors.
