We are seeking a driven and dynamic Specialty Sales Representative to join our team in Shelbyville, TN. As a full-time, on-site team member, you will be responsible for managing sales and customer relationships within a fast-paced environment. This role offers uncapped commission, allowing you to control your earnings while also receiving a base salary and quarterly commission payments. Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day sales operations, focusing on customer acquisition and retention. Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Negotiate terms, close sales, and work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently. Provide exceptional customer service to both existing and new clients.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in sales with a excellent track record of success. A customer-focused approach with the ability to build and maintain relationships. Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and contribute to a team environment.

Base Salary:

$52,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Commission:

Paid Time Off Schedule:

Monday to Friday 8-hour shift salary: $50,000 – $60,000 per year
