DESCRIPTION
Register Tape Network is hiring business to business sales executives for local territories. Target earnings of $75K to $85K annually, while top performers target earnings of $90K to $150K annually. Are you ambitious, self-motivated, and are willing to follow a proven sales process to earn your worth and aren’t opposed to work in a challenge role? Field reps are provided paid training along with continuous training for the opportunity to advance to their maximum potential and become proficient in a one call close process. Register Tape Network pioneered selling advertising space directly on supermarket cash register tape receipts using four color professionally printed ads since 1951and partnered with Dollar General stores over the past 14 years. RTN provides the best nationally recognized in store branding and advertising for local businesses.
Job requirements:
Minimal 1 year of B2B outside sales experience. Ability to memorize the RTN Power Point Presentation ($250 bonus), follow a proven process, coachable, professional phone presence, ability to handle objections, close, and are computer savvy.
Daily responsibilities:
Commute to the assigned location (Ingles Supermarket or Dollar General) to work Monday through Friday. Daily prospecting, make dials to local businesses to set face to face appointments with decision makers. Present the RTN program and close. Sales executives market locations change weekly, all markets are approximately within a 50 mile radius of their home base.
RTN Compensation:
$52K fixed incentive, comprised of a $32K annual salary (pays weekly) + $20K in additional opportunity to earn a minimal of $200 a week in bonus money, can be much higher. Additional weekly, monthly and quarterly bonuses + a cash collected bonus + a gas allowance of $200. monthly (pays weekly) and uncapped commissions as high as 30%. Salary + bonus money earned weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Bonuses are based on activity starting as soon as training is completed. Field Representatives are paid what they earn in high commissions and bonuses + a salary. Uncapped commissions as high as 30%, Multiple bonus structures, iPhone and iPad provided, Gas allowance (pays weekly).
