Position Summary:

We are seeking a driven and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team based in Jacksboro, Tennessee, with a sales territory covering the entire state of Kentucky. This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and signing new customers—primarily tire installers—to utilize our scrap and used tire pickup service. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting, and a bachelor’s degree is preferred. This is a Monday through Friday role that involves regular travel throughout Kentucky to build relationships and grow our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities with tire retailers, service shops, and auto centers across Kentucky. Conduct field visits, cold calls, and presentations to potential clients to promote our scrap tire pickup services. Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and needs assessment to closing and onboarding. Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth service implementation for new accounts. Provide regular updates and reports on territory performance, sales metrics, and customer feedback. Build long-term relationships with clients to drive retention and potential referrals.
