In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced automotive environment. Your primary goal will be to assist customers in finding the right vehicle that meets their needs while ensuring a positive buying experience. Present and demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits. Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively. Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, and financing options. Utilize software tools to manage customer interactions and track sales progress. Provide ongoing support to customers post-sale, ensuring satisfaction and fostering repeat business. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly targets and objectives. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Skills Proven experience in retail sales or outside sales, preferably in the automotive industry. Bilingual (English/Spanish) Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; multilingual abilities are a plus. Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems to track leads and customer interactions. Ability to upsell products and services effectively while maintaining customer trust. A genuine passion for automobiles and an understanding of market trends. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships with customers.
