Job Overview We are seeking a B2B Sales Representative – Business Development to identify and establish new business accounts. This role is ideal for a motivated, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment. Your primary responsibility will be prospecting, engaging, and converting new business accounts while maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities Prospect and Cold Call:
Identify and reach out to potential business customers via phone, email, and in-person visits.
Business Development:
Research and target new businesses that would benefit from our cabinetry products.
Client Visits:
Travel to potential customers to introduce our products, build relationships, and close deals.
Set Up Accounts:
Guide new customers through the account setup process, ensuring they have everything needed to place their first order.
Email and Follow-Up:
Maintain regular communication with prospects and customers to nurture leads and generate sales.
Sales Pipeline Management:
Track all interactions and sales activity in our CRM system (HubSpot) to ensure a structured approach to growth. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or a similar role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and face-to-face sales. Highly motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently.
