Your primary responsibility as a Benefit Advisor is to ascertain the needs and budget of potential clients and to present the available options. Our specialists will be delivering solutions to our clientele. These telephone conversations will occur in the office, involving clients who have undergone a preliminary screening process. A successful specialist must be flexible to accommodate the client’s requirements and offer a resolution that ensures they have access to the most appropriate product.

Benefit Advisor Responsibilities:

• Managing a high volume of inquiries and engaging in lengthy conversations with our clientele.
• Self-motivated and capable of working for extended periods of time in a seated or standing position.
• Utilize our CRM to maintain pipeline and contact potential clients.
• Reach weekly sales targets.
• Virtually meet with applicants who have expressed interest in insurance to address their needs.
• Help prospective clients choose the right products based on their lifestyle and budget.
• Treat sensitive and private health information with discretion.

Benefit Advisor Qualifications:

• Must be local to Nashville and surrounding areas – This is an in-office position.
• Customer Support experience
• Capable of working independently and efficiently to accomplish goals in a formal office setting.
• Excellent communication abilities, an optimistic outlook, a strong work ethic, a competitive spirit, a hunger for success, and the ability to be coached.
• Able to pass a criminal background check.
