The Tennessee Titans are seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join the Client Services & Hospitality Team as Coordinator, Premium Sales & Service. This role is responsible for selling all suite leases and event suites for the current Nissan Stadium, while also providing an exemplary level of customer service and proactively engaging current and New Nissan Stadium premium partners. Ideal candidates will have strong communication and customer service skills, the ability to troubleshoot, a great work ethic, and premium experience in the sports or hospitality industry.
Responsibilities:
Personally manage and maintain an assigned client base, to include current and new Nissan Stadium Premium Partners
Focus on selling multi-year and single event suites to C-Level executives and/or key decision makers of corporations, high net worth individuals via outbound sales calls, face-to-face appointments, and presentations
Comply with all departmental CRM guidelines to ensure information is accurate, deliverables are tracked and fulfilled, and account information is up to date at all times
Create, track, develop and maintain all proposals, contracts and follow all sales processes
Meet or exceed certain levels of activity at a daily, weekly, and/or monthly level (calls and appointments) in addition to achieving closed sales and revenue goals
Serve as manager-on-duty for non-Titans events, including but not limited to, major stadium concerts, Tennessee State football, Music City Bowl
Participate in client and team events to help build and strengthen relationships with both current clients and new business premium prospects
Exceed individual and department sales goals
Attend all training sessions and participate in regular team meetings
Other duties as assigned by Director, Premium Sales & Service
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required
1-3 years of service and/or sales experience in a sports or hospitality industry preferred
Must be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong customer service skills
High level attention to detail and process oriented
Ability to balance internal priorities with client expectations
Candidate should possess a positive team-first attitude, as well as the competitive desire to be the best
Must have proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office and ticketing systems, such as SeatGeek/Unify
Must be able to move about the stadium and other event venues for the entire duration of an event (up to 10 hours)
Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, as necessary
Willing to travel as needed
