Position Overview:
We are looking for a driven and personable Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in connecting with prospective clients, nurturing leads, and guiding educators through the decision-making process to implement SimServeRx solutions in their programs. Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify new leads via phone, email, and CRM tools. Conduct virtual product presentations and demos for potential customers. Follow up with inbound leads and respond promptly to inquiries. Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities from initial contact through close. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (ConnectWise). Collaborate with marketing to align outreach efforts with current campaigns. Provide feedback from the field to help improve product offerings and sales processes. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Qualifications:
2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably in B2B or educational/medical technology. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working with CRMs and remote communication tools (Zoom, Teams, etc.). Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Passion for education, healthcare, or technology is a plus.
Preferred:
Experience selling to educational institutions, especially nursing or allied health programs. Background or knowledge in healthcare, ed-tech, or medical simulation.
