Mon – Fri 7:00a-4:00p Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Support Analyst to join our client’s team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing essential support and resolving inquiries related to our services. Your ability to effectively troubleshoot issues, coupled with your understanding of customer needs, will be crucial to ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage and resolve customer inquiries through a trouble ticket system. Professionally and effectively field incoming phone calls from customers requiring assistance. Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions within the trouble ticket system. Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer accounts and track support activities. Demonstrate intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) for communication, documentation, and data management. Leverage knowledge of healthcare terminology and/or supply chain operations to provide informed and relevant support. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. Maintain a positive and empathetic approach to all customer interactions.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Must-Have:
Demonstrated experience in customer-focused trouble ticket management. Proven experience handling incoming customer phone calls and providing effective assistance. Proficiency in using Salesforce CRM for customer relationship management. Intermediate-level skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Education:
High School Diploma Highly Desired:
