Key Responsibilities Drive revenue by generating self-sourced leads, including door-to-door canvassing. Conduct professional roof inspections using video technology. Educate homeowners and commercial clients on roofing solutions and close sales. Meet or exceed assigned sales goals with enthusiasm and accountability. Build rapport and maintain relationships with customers through follow-up and superior service. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project delivery. Qualifications Proven track record of sales success (quotas, commissions, or door-to-door experience preferred). Passionate, goal-oriented, and self-motivated with a hunter mentality. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to climb on roofs for inspections.

Tech-savvy:

Comfortable with CRM software, laptops, and mobile technology. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a background check. Preferred but
