- Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- + Prospect and generate leads through door-to-door canvassing + Build rapport with customers and overcome objections confidently + Close sales and ensure proper documentation is completed accurately + Track sales activity and manage leads using CRM tools + Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction before, during, and after a job.
+ Help homeowners navigate the insurance claim process. + Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics + Attend annual sales training and professional development events + Represent the company with professionalism and integrity at all times

Requirements:
- + Valid driver’s license. + Ability to pass background check and MVR screening + Must be comfortable with canvassing and conducting in-person, door-to-door sales. + Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time. + Must be able to lift and carry at least 30 lbs. + 2+ years of experience in outside or direct, door-to-door, sales is preferred but not required.
