Nashville, TN Job Summary:
As a key member of the Inside Sales team, the Professional Aesthetics Liaison (PAL) plays a pivotal role in driving growth and supporting the success of the Revance Aesthetics portfolio. Reporting to the Inside Sales Director, the PAL partners closely with field-based Professional Aesthetic Consultants (PACs), Regional Directors, and Customer Success to generate new business, strengthen existing accounts, and own a personal book of business. This hybrid sales role leverages phone, email, and virtual meetings to build strong relationships with health care professionals and support the overall commercial strategy.

Responsibilities/Essential Duties:
Collaborate with the
Field:
Work in close partnership with the Regional Sales Director and Professional Aesthetics Consultants within the region to which you are assigned. Align efforts, share insights, and drive regional success.
Own Your Business:
Manage and grow a defined book of business, maintaining high levels of customer engagement and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.
Drive New Business:
Proactively identify, contact, and convert leads into new accounts through outbound calling, email outreach, social media, and virtual meetings.
Lead Qualification & Conversion:
Follow up on inbound leads and cold-call key decision makers to expand market presence and promote the Revance Aesthetics portfolio.
Consistent Performance:
Meet or exceed daily activity metrics, sales targets, and productivity standards to contribute to regional and national goals.
Customer Engagement:
Deliver exceptional service and support during every customer interaction—fostering trust, loyalty, and long-term growth.
Administrative Excellence:
Complete all required training, account paperwork, documentation, and CRM updates accurately and on time.
Cross-Functional Support:
Serve as a key liaison between internal departments to help resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and B2B experience Minimum 1 year of telesales, inside sales, or B2B sales experience required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in aesthetics, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sales preferred Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task effectively Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, goal-driven environment Proficient in CRM platforms for tracking, prospecting, and customer engagement.
