As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team, ensuring smooth operations, and enhancing overall sales effectiveness. $47,480 – $52,000 per yearshift: Firstwork hours: 8 AM – 5

PMeducation:

High SchoolResponsibilitiesSeeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented individual with excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills. Must have a high attention to detail as accuracy is highly important in this role.

Basic Duties:

Processing equipment sales deals Ordering equipment from manufacturers Tracking the estimated delivery date of the equipment and providing updates to the salesman who is responsible for the deal Coordinating with Service and Parts departments to install attachments onto the equipment and have it prepared for delivery Coordinating with the Trucking department and/or freight company to ensure that equipment is delivered to the customer when promised Ensuring that all paperwork is complete and entered into the system Performing a monthly equipment inventory SkillsSales AdministrationMulti-taskingSales SupportMS Office (3 years of experience is required)
