As an Associate Account Executive (AAE), you’ll be the engine behind our outbound pipeline—identifying, connecting with, and setting high-quality meetings for our Account Executives with potential customers across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise accounts. This is a launchpad role with a clear goal: to earn your way into an Account Executive seat within your first 12 months. Drive outbound prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and LinkedIn to generate net new meetings Set monthly goals of 40 total meetings (segmented by account size) 20 with SMBs (under 500 employees) 15 with Mid-Market (500-2,000 employees) 5 with Enterprise (2,000+ employees or 10,000+ students) Qualify prospects and schedule high-impact sales meetings for the AE team Maintain CRM hygiene and clear documentation of all outreaches Partner with marketing and sales leadership to optimize messaging and targeting Learn the ropes of the sales process and shadow AEs to prep for your next step Work Environment This job operates in a professional office environment.
